VORAVE® — TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Last updated: October 12, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website vorave.sk and all purchases made through the VORAVE® online store, including standard purchases, limited releases and pre-order products.
By placing an order, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions, subject to all mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or overrides statutory consumer protection rights.
1. SELLER INFORMATION
The VORAVE® online store is operated by:
Business name: Lilla Tóth – V&L Collective
Company ID (IČO): 57 884 048
Registered business address: Garbiarska 1928/5, 048 01 Rožňava, Slovak Republic
Email: contact.vorave@gmail.com
Website: vorave.sk
VORAVE® is an independent fashion brand operated commercially through the Seller identified above.
For the purposes of these Terms, “VORAVE”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Seller operating the VORAVE online store.
2. SCOPE OF THESE TERMS
These Terms apply to purchases made through vorave.sk.
Products may be offered as immediately available items, limited releases or pre-order products manufactured after an ordering window closes.
Product-specific terms, including the relevant release period, estimated delivery timeframe and production model, will be communicated before purchase.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during checkout.
3. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
VORAVE aims to provide accurate descriptions, photographs and specifications of all products.
Certain garments feature intentional washing, distressing, fading, cracking, irregular finishes or other design treatments.
Minor visual differences may occur due to lighting, display settings, production processes, fabric treatments and garment finishing.
Such differences are not automatically defects where they are consistent with the agreed product description and characteristics.
However, nothing in this section limits the customer’s statutory rights where goods do not conform to the purchase contract.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS
Product prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website.
The final payable amount, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, is displayed before the customer submits an order.
Any additional charges will be disclosed before purchase where required by law.
For international orders, customs duties or import-related charges may apply according to the destination and applicable regulations.
Customers are informed of their payment obligation during checkout.
5. ORDER PLACEMENT AND CONTRACT FORMATION
Products displayed on vorave.sk constitute an invitation to place an order.
Customers place an order by selecting their products, providing the required information and completing checkout.
The purchase contract is concluded when the Seller accepts the order through the applicable order confirmation process.
An order confirmation will be sent electronically.
The Seller may reject or cancel orders where permitted by law, including cases involving suspected fraud, payment failure, manifest pricing errors or inability to fulfil an order.
Where payment has already been collected and the Seller cannot fulfil the order, the customer will receive an appropriate refund.
6. PAYMENT METHODS
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payments may be processed through Stripe or other payment service providers supported by the store.
Payment information is handled according to the applicable payment provider’s security and data protection procedures.
The Seller does not directly store complete payment card information where processing is handled by an external payment provider.
Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
7. LIMITED RELEASES AND PRE-ORDERS
Certain VORAVE products are offered through limited release or pre-order models.
A pre-order is a purchase of a product that is not available for immediate dispatch.
Pre-order products may enter manufacturing only after the relevant ordering window closes.
The relevant product page will explain the pre-order model and provide the estimated delivery timeframe before the customer completes the purchase.
Payment may be collected when the pre-order is placed, as disclosed during checkout.
A confirmed pre-order creates a binding purchase contract, subject to the customer’s applicable cancellation, withdrawal and other statutory rights.
8. OBJECT 001 — ONE-TIME PRODUCTION
OBJECT 001 follows a one-time pre-order production model.
MADE ONLY ONCE.
The quantity manufactured is determined by the number of confirmed orders accepted during the official ordering window, subject to necessary adjustments arising from lawful cancellations, production requirements or other circumstances disclosed to affected customers.
Once the ordering window closes, the Seller intends to submit the final confirmed quantity for a single production run.
VORAVE does not intend to conduct a second commercial production run of OBJECT 001 or offer a conventional restock.
ONE ORDER WINDOW. ONE PRODUCTION RUN. NO RESTOCK.
This release model describes product availability and does not exclude statutory consumer rights, including withdrawal, remedies for non-conforming goods or any obligations to provide an appropriate remedy.
9. PRE-ORDER PRODUCTION PROCESS
For eligible pre-order releases, the process generally follows these stages:
01 — ORDER CONFIRMATION
The customer places and pays for a pre-order during the official ordering window.
02 — PRODUCTION ALLOCATION
The confirmed order is recorded as part of the planned production quantity.
03 — ORDER WINDOW CLOSURE
The official ordering window closes. New orders for the release are no longer accepted.
04 — MANUFACTURING
Production proceeds according to the final confirmed order requirements.
05 — QUALITY CONTROL
Products undergo inspection and preparation for dispatch.
06 — SHIPPING
The completed order is prepared for delivery. Dispatch confirmation and tracking details are supplied when available.
Production stages and timing may vary where reasonably necessary.
10. ESTIMATED PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Pre-order products are not available for immediate shipment.
The estimated delivery timeframe for each pre-order release will be communicated before purchase.
The relevant timeframe must be agreed as part of the purchase contract and is subject to applicable consumer law.
Manufacturing may be affected by production capacity, materials, quality control, logistics or other circumstances.
Where a significant delay is expected, the Seller will inform affected customers and explain the available options.
A production delay does not automatically remove the customer’s statutory rights.
Where goods are not delivered within the agreed period, the customer may exercise the rights available under applicable law, including termination of the contract and reimbursement where the applicable conditions are met.
11. PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL
Customers retain their statutory consumer rights when purchasing eligible pre-order products.
A consumer may exercise the statutory right of withdrawal from a distance contract involving goods even before the goods have been delivered, where applicable.
The fact that production has already begun or that the ordering window has closed does not automatically remove this right.
To request withdrawal, customers may contact:
contact.vorave@gmail.com
The request should clearly identify the customer’s decision to withdraw from the relevant purchase.
Customers may use the statutory withdrawal form where applicable, but its use is not mandatory.
Any reimbursement will be handled according to applicable consumer law.
12. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AFTER DELIVERY
Consumers purchasing online generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible distance contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to statutory exceptions.
Customers must communicate their decision to withdraw within the applicable period.
After valid withdrawal, goods must generally be returned within 14 days after the customer communicates the withdrawal, unless an exception applies.
Customers may inspect and try on garments to establish their nature, characteristics and fit.
Handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection may result in liability for diminished value where permitted by law.
The customer generally bears the direct cost of return shipping where properly informed in advance, unless the Seller agrees otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
13. MADE-TO-ORDER AND PERSONALIZED GOODS
A product being manufactured after an order is placed does not automatically mean that the customer loses the statutory right of withdrawal.
Statutory exceptions may apply to goods made to the consumer’s individual specifications or clearly personalized goods where the legal conditions are met.
Selecting a standard size from the options offered for OBJECT 001 does not, by itself, make the garment a personalized product excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Any applicable exception will be identified before purchase and interpreted according to consumer protection law.
14. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Where a consumer validly withdraws from a purchase contract, the Seller will provide reimbursement in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds will generally be issued no later than 14 days after receiving notice of withdrawal.
Where goods have already been delivered, the Seller may, where permitted by law, withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned or the customer supplies evidence of their return.
Refunds will include applicable standard outbound delivery costs where legally required.
Additional delivery costs resulting from a customer’s express choice of a more expensive delivery method need not be reimbursed to the extent permitted by law.
Refunds will generally be made through the original payment method without additional refund charges imposed by the Seller.
Further instructions are provided in the Return & Refund Policy.
15. THE VORAVE PRE-ORDER COMMITMENT
VORAVE provides a Pre-Order Commitment for applicable releases, including OBJECT 001.
The purpose of this commitment is to establish clear expectations regarding production, order allocation, communication and fulfilment.
OUR COMMITMENT
Every confirmed and paid pre-order will either be fulfilled or, if the Seller is unable to fulfil it, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the unfulfilled order, including associated delivery charges where applicable.
Customers will be informed of significant changes to production or expected dispatch schedules.
Where an order cannot be completed, the Seller will communicate the circumstances and arrange the required refund.
The Pre-Order Commitment operates in addition to all mandatory consumer rights.
CONFIRMED ORDER. SECURED PIECE.
FULFILMENT OR FULL REFUND.
The complete VORAVE Pre-Order Commitment is available separately on the website.
16. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Available delivery methods and costs are displayed during checkout.
For eligible deliveries within Slovakia, VORAVE may offer GLS standard delivery.
The currently advertised standard delivery charge for Slovakia is €3.75.
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders with a product subtotal exceeding €150, subject to the conditions displayed at checkout.
Delivery times quoted by the carrier generally begin after the order is dispatched, not when the pre-order is placed.
The Seller remains responsible for delivery of goods according to applicable law.
Customers should provide complete and accurate shipping details.
Further information is available in the Shipping Policy.
17. DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING GOODS
Consumers retain statutory rights if products are defective, damaged or do not conform to the purchase contract.
Remedies may include repair, replacement, an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract with reimbursement, according to applicable law.
The limited nature of a release or the unavailability of replacement inventory does not remove these rights.
Where replacement or repair is legally required but impossible or otherwise unavailable, the appropriate alternative statutory remedy will apply.
Customers may contact:
contact.vorave@gmail.com
Please include the order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may be helpful but do not replace or limit statutory rights.
18. LIMITED AVAILABILITY AND FUTURE RELEASES
VORAVE may offer collections or individual products through limited quantities, limited ordering periods or one-time production runs.
Products may permanently cease to be available after an ordering window closes.
Future VORAVE objects may follow different production methods, release schedules, prices or conditions.
The availability of a future release does not guarantee the return or reproduction of an earlier object.
Any scarcity or limited-production statements will reflect the Seller’s genuine release plans and practices.
19. PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY AND CREATIVE REPRESENTATION
Product images, campaign materials, videos and visual presentations are intended to represent products accurately.
Garment appearances may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings and intentional fabric finishing.
Material product characteristics will be communicated before purchase.
Customers remain entitled to receive goods conforming to the agreed description and specifications.
20. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the branding, logos, artwork, photography, product designs, text and creative materials displayed on vorave.sk are owned by or used with permission from the relevant rights holders.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, commercially exploited or distributed without authorization, except where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms grants customers an intellectual property licence beyond what is necessary for normal personal use of the purchased goods and Services.
21. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
Where customer accounts are available, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Customers must provide accurate account information.
The Seller may take proportionate action against fraudulent or unlawful use of the Services where permitted by law.
22. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
Promotional codes, discounts, early-access offers and referral programmes may be subject to additional conditions disclosed at the time of the offer.
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
The Seller may reject fraudulent or unauthorized use of promotional codes.
Price reductions and promotional claims will be communicated in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements.
23. CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION
The Seller may contact customers using the contact details provided during checkout regarding matters necessary for order fulfilment.
Such communications may include:
- Order confirmations
- Pre-order production updates
- Changes affecting expected delivery
- Dispatch and tracking notifications
- Return, cancellation and refund information
- Customer support
Transactional communications relating to an existing order are separate from optional promotional marketing.
Marketing communications are managed according to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
24. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Information necessary for pre-orders may be used for order management, production coordination, payment processing, fulfilment and customer communications.
Relevant information may be shared with service providers where necessary and lawful.
Further information regarding the processing of personal information and customer rights is available in the Privacy Policy.
25. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.
The Seller does not seek to exclude statutory obligations relating to product conformity, delivery, consumer withdrawal or refunds.
Circumstances outside the Seller’s reasonable control may affect business operations or delivery, but do not automatically remove rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
26. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a consumer is dissatisfied with the handling of a complaint or believes that their consumer rights have been violated, they may contact the Seller to request a resolution.
Where the statutory conditions are met, the consumer may seek alternative dispute resolution through an authorized Slovak alternative dispute resolution entity.
The Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia) may be a relevant entity for eligible disputes.
The availability of alternative dispute resolution does not restrict the consumer’s right to seek protection before a competent court.
27. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
Consumers residing in another country are not deprived of mandatory consumer protections that apply to them under relevant law.
Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable jurisdictional rules.
28. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
The Seller may update these Terms to reflect changes in business operations, products, payment methods, delivery arrangements or applicable law.
The version of the Terms applicable to a purchase is generally the version agreed when the relevant contract was concluded.
Changes to these Terms do not retrospectively remove or reduce rights under existing purchase contracts.
The current Terms will be published on vorave.sk.
